About the Event:
SIG Equity Partners will be holding a distressed asset investors event for lenders, brokers and investors in the Southern CA area. Our goal is to match qualified investors with motivated sellers of commercial real estate investment property at significant discounts. The event will include deal making, informative industry expert panelists discussing the state of the market, and a showcase for lender owned properties. We have been working with banks and lenders that have property they wish to liquidate at significant discounts to showcase at the sealed-bid auction portion of this event. We welcome private investors and others looking to buy, or sell distressed properties and notes. Cost of Attendance:
If you are an investor or seller of an asset there will be no charge for attendance. A nominal fee will be charged for those who attend on behalf of their investors, and for agents and brokers or other third parties.
