Our core business consists of identifying, acquiring and operating real estate assets throughout the United States. We focus on value-add opportunities that offer us the ability to provide current cash flow while repositioning the asset to maximize the return on investment for our clients. Our Team has significant expertise in the successful selection and structuring of value-add investment opportunities for private real estate groups, partnerships and individuals. We believe in sticking to proven investment fundamentals when analyzing and acquiring investment properties.

We primarily focus on distressed and value-added assets in growth markets with strong fundamentals. While our focus is in multi-family (student,work force housing, and age restricted housing)  and multi-tenant NNN assets, we ultimately are uided by our investor’s preference of asset type. Our strategy is simple: We acquire quality properties that have room for improvement either in physical nature or in management of daily operations that are in locations positioned for growth.
